Bullet 1 — Results
The Stains You Gave Up On Come Out In The Tank
Most pet owners run it first over a spot they'd already written off — the old accident by the door, the ring under the water bowl — and the first thing they notice is the dirty tank. The 4-row rotating brush works cleaning solution down into the carpet fibers while the suction pulls the loosened grime back up. You can see the water darken as it goes. Many customers say the second pass is the satisfying one: the spot lifts, and the tank fills with what was living in your carpet.

Bullet 2 — Built For Pet Homes
One Tank Does A Whole Room. No Refill Runs.
The reason most people dread deep-cleaning is the stop-start: a small tank means you're back at the sink every few minutes. Furbish pairs a 10-inch cleaning path with a 1-gallon tank, so you cover more floor per pass and refill less often. Separate clean and dirty tanks mean you're never pushing dirty water back into the carpet. For most living rooms that works out to a single fill, wall to wall.

Bullet 3 — Everything In The Box
Not Just Carpet. Stairs, Couch, Pet Beds, Car Seats.
Pet mess doesn't stay on the floor, so the kit doesn't either. The included hose and two hand tools — a 3-inch tough-stain tool and a spraying crevice tool — reach carpeted stairs, upholstery, the dog bed and the back seat of the car. Two bottles of pet formula come in the box, so you can start the day it arrives. The lightweight body and top carry handle make it easy to move room to room, or up the stairs, one-handed.

Questions
Before You Order
Will it work on my carpet and rugs?
Yes. It's designed for wall-to-wall carpet, area rugs and low-pile runners. On sealed hard floors, use the hose and hand tools for rugs and upholstery instead of the main brush.
Does it actually get old, set-in pet stains out?
It's designed to lift embedded pet stains, dirt and dander, not just surface spots. Older stains may need a second pass. Most customers notice the difference in the dirty tank on the very first run.
How long does a room take, and is it hard to use?
Fill the clean tank, add formula, and push. The 10-inch path and 1-gallon tank mean most living rooms are one fill. Carpet is typically dry to the touch within a few hours depending on airflow.
Can I use it on stairs, my couch, or the car?
Yes. The hose plus the two included hand tools handle carpeted stairs, upholstery, pet beds and car interiors.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email support, we send you the return details, you ship it back, and we refund the purchase price. No forms, no restocking fee.
How fast does it ship?
Free U.S. shipping. Orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Customer Reviews
I have two labs and a beige carpet, which was a mistake. Ran this over the hallway and the tank came back BLACK. I emptied it three times for the whole downstairs. The smell is gone too, which is the part I actually cared about.
There was a spot by the back door from our old dog that I'd tried everything on. First pass lightened it, second pass it was just gone. Dried in a couple hours with the ceiling fan on.
Was renting one from the grocery store twice a year. This paid for itself in two uses and it's lighter than the rental ones.
Cleans really well — the brush gets into the pile and you can see the water change. My only complaint is the dirty tank is heavy when it's full, so I empty it before it's all the way up. Would still buy again.
The little hand tool with the hose is what sold me. Did 14 carpeted stairs in about 20 minutes. The stairs are where the dog hair and dirt really live and nothing else got them clean.
Used the crevice tool on the corner of the couch where the cat marks. Sprayed, scrubbed, pulled it up. No more smell. Easy to set up out of the box, formula was included.
Did the whole living room on one tank of water. Didn't expect that. Assembly was two clicks.
New puppy, carpet everywhere. This has been run probably 15 times in a month. Still works like day one. The dirty tank pops off with one hand and rinses out in the sink.
Had a small spot cleaner before. This is a different category. The brush plus the suction actually pulls the carpet clean instead of just wetting it. Carpet looks a shade lighter in the high traffic areas.
The handle on top makes it easy to carry up to the bedrooms. I'm 5'2" and can manage it fine. Does the job on the dog bed too with the hand tool.
Ran the hose tool over the back seat where the dog rides. Water was disgusting. Seats look new.
Bought during the sale. Suction is strong, brush is aggressive in a good way, and it dries faster than I thought. My mom is ordering one now.
